Q.  Can your Lightbox be placed outside?

A.  While our Lightbox is constructed of Wester Red Cedar, which will withstand the outdoor elements, our standard version does not include waterproof lights. The lights installed should not be in direct contact with water.  We have many customers who place their lightboxes outside under a covered porch and have had no issues at all.  We are able to include waterproof lights if needed which is done as a special order.  Simply contact us and let us know of your need for waterproof lights and we will create a new box with waterproof lights included.  Please allow an additional 7-10 days for your item to be produced

 

Q.  Can we select which type of lighting is installed.

A.  We have the ability to install two different shades of lighting within our lightbox. Warm White, which is more of an Amber color or Daylight which is a brighter white.  If you are interested in a specific shade of light, this is handled as a special order.  We will produce your lightbox with the requested shade of lighting.  While we will make every effort to fulfill your request, please allow additional production time as a new Lightbox will have to be produced.

 

Q.  Are custom designs available?

A.  Yes, we are able to create a Lightbox with your custom design. Simply contact us to discuss your specific request.  Additional production costs could apply based on the degree of detail within your specific design.  Custom Collegiate designs are subject to Trademark Licensing by the various schools and our ability to create those are subject to our current licensing.

 

Q.  What is your return policy?

A.  Put simply, we accept returns as long as the process is started within 14 calendar days from the time of delivery. Returns outside this window will be done on a case by case basis, Your best bet would be to contact us as soon as you decide you want to make a return. All items must be new, must show no signs of wear or damage.
